Protection of privacy and personal data is a must for Waveair. That privacy policy describes WaveAir commitment with the current personal data protecion laws*

We collect the following information:
- Full Name;
- E-mail;
- Country;
- Timezone;
- Birth Date;
- Passwords;

When do we collect those informations?
We collect informations at user registration.

Is there any other data that can be collected?
Yes, the logs from acars system generated by our users.

Is the personal data shared?
No, we only use it to keep systems updated and if requested by our partner IVAO, sent to them by request.

The holder of the personal data has the following rights in relation to his data, such rights are respected by the applicable laws*:

- Data access: Access to their data collected by WaveAir;
- Data correction: Request for corrections that contains incomplete, outdated or erroneous information about the holder itself;
- Anonymization and blocking: the anonymization and blocking of unnecessary, excessive or treated data that does not comply with the provisions of the applicable legislation. Anonymization is considered to be a use of technical means and available when processing data;
- Portability: portability of personal data upon express request. WaveAir reserves the right to deny the portability of data collected by the PHPvms system, it's proprietary data;
- Information on data sharing: information on personal data that is shared with public and private entities;
- Revocation of authorization: revocation of consent given by agreeing with the terms and conditions at the moment of register, at any time, upon the express request of the holder. The revocation is free and it'll always be;

Elimination of personal data: personal data will be eliminated at the end of your condition of a WaveAir pilot or in the event of the manifestation of the desire to revoke your consent to carry out that treatment. Subject to local legal requirements, WaveAir may maintain personal data if:
- It is legally required to do so;
- To comply with laws and regulations;

We have technical measures to protect any personal data on our possession by using identity and access management tools, backup and cryptografic protocols on our server side.
We have backups either that can be restored in case of any personal data loss.

How long we keep the data on our databases?
The data collected does not have a determined time to be retained. Any requested action by holders must be sent to [email protected]

E-mail comunication:
We can sent notifications emails from time to time regarding pirep status and registration status. You can choose to opt-out the mailing system by sending an e-mail to [email protected]

We do not collect your IP information in any of our systems.

As filled on our regulamentation, registers with age under 18 will be rejected. In cases of forgery, the registration will be permanently deleted.
